✍🏻When the updated roadmap/whitepaper will be released?
Currently, we are restructuring our team and internal roadmap. We had some development setbacks but nothing to worry about. Our new Whitepaper is finished, but we keep adding new content and information after long sessions of brainstorming with the core team. Indeed, this should have been released already, but we are taking our time to improve and explain our vision as clearly as possible. We are taking advantage of this bear + the fact we haven’t started our marketing campaign yet, and we don’t expect new members by then.
✍🏻It's been a long time since the last AMA. Are there any plans for you to make an another one soon?
As long as I enjoy AMA sessions, we don’t have any plans for this yet.
✍🏻Are there any plans to expand the sub categories on freelancing platform? For example; sub categories for voice over works are non existent.
As our platform is in its test net phase, we haven’t added every category & subcategory yet. Expect more categories and functions within the next platform update.
✍🏻Some of the team members mentioned on "about us" are not sharing the "lanceria" information on their linkedin profiles, is it due to the change in team members?
As mentioned above, we are currently restructuring our team. Some members left to start their business journey or desired something else, or we ended collaborations to cut some unnecessary payments.
✍🏻I really want to know how do you plan to store all the data that will be shared between freelancers and consumers? You mentioned that it will be AWS before but any incentives to use DFS with a partnership…
Indeed, all data between freelancers and consumers will be stored by using AWS. Since I keep getting the same question regarding storage, do you have something in mind? We are always open to feedback or ideas. Let me know in private or via email at mihai@lanceria.io. This question is more suitable for our CTO, so I will share this with him.
✍🏻It looks like you are waiting for market conditions to turn favorable, at this point do you expect us to wait? If yes, I can assume that team has stopped develeopment process to go any further at this point. That could be a relief for me so I expect silence till market bottoms…
Our development process has slowed down, not going to lie, but it’s normal in such market condition and when you need to cut down losses, I’m part of other projects as well, and it’s the same. Not to mention, exchanges being greedy and asking for even more liquidity at this stage it’s blasphemous. While we are keeping our heads down, we are still working, further improving our vision, and looking for new strategic partnerships. I’m personally taking this time to improve my networking and meet influential people.
✍🏻How can we check what has been done or will be done in near future? Do you have any plans to share more convenient and regular info sharing process.
Indeed, we have been quiet for some time. But as mentioned above, we are very much alive and looking to improve our team, communication, and overall vision. To reach our goals, we do have to upgrade our team and at the same time optimize costs, especially in this ‘’bear’’. We’ll start announcing relevant information as soon as we can. Don’t worry, we are not going anywhere, living, enduring, and dying by the knight's code.
Just like Julius Caesar once said: It is easier to find men who will volunteer to die, than to find those who are willing to endure pain with patience.
