Hello Lancerians!!! I apologize, I am currently on China's time zone again... We've been through challenging times in this bear market, but it's essential that we've overcome this phase and prepared for the future. Both Robert and I, along with other shareholders, have put considerable effort into finalizing the freelancing platform and forming partnerships that will surely delight you when revealed. Currently, we're waiting for an opportune moment for launch (just like other projects) and we are also cautious not to disclose information during this period due to signed NDAs (non-disclosure agreements) and, of course, market conditions. Unfortunately, we have been impacted by this market and had to adjust plans once again and adapt to the situation, which is entirely normal. For those who think Lanceria won't survive after the bear market or that we're "finished," I'm sorry (I'm not sorry) to awaken you from this delusion because, much like Julius Caesar at the Battle of Pharsalus, we're prepared to "conquer" and "overthrow" everything in our path! If you're not fighting for the project (no matter who you are), you don't deserve to be part of the team 😀. Below, I'd like to share with you the "next steps" for the upcoming period: 1. The New Smart Contract - What does this new smart contract represent? Well, it signifies a fresh start for our token, bringing essential functionalities like buyback and burn through taxes, as well as security improvements! (let's see you now, bots :P!) 2. SWAP Portal - Through this swap portal, we're exchanging from the old LANC to the new LANC. For those unfamiliar with this concept, you'll have a guide on YouTube as well as a PDF with the necessary steps for the swap. The maximum period to initiate the swap will be 24 months! 3. Freelancing Platform - The core of the project, before the public and official platform launch, we aim to initiate a pre-launch phase. This preliminary stage aims to complete final tests of the platform before the official launch and also focuses on key marketing aspects to grow the community and draw attention to the platform, with the ultimate goal of adoption. 4. Lanceria Community VC (Venture Capital) - A concept we want to discuss with you, our community members. This concept involves voting (from us and/or you) on certain early-stage projects that you find interesting/promising. How does this Community VC investment fund work? Essentially, anyone holding a certain number of LANC tokens can participate in funding projects that have received a certain number of votes, and the more LANC you hold, the more you can invest in these promising projects. 5. AMA - I know you want an AMA, and I know it's been a while since the last live session, but I promise that before the platform's pre-launch, we'll organize an AMA and keep you updated with all the important news. We might even consider hosting a Lanceria Launch Party (would you like that?). Additionally, on a personal note, I'm going through a challenging period health-wise (no need to worry, I'm on the road to recovery) and need to manage my stress levels.
