We are pleased to welcome in our Board of Advisors team Cătălin Bărăscu!
In his professional life, Cătălin is an IBM executive with proven track record of transforming organisations for revenue growth, currently serving as the Chief Marketing Officer of IBM in Central and Eastern Europe, leading an international team.
Passionte about transformational leadership, talent development and digital transformation, Cătălin mentors and coaches tech professionals in his spare time, be they colleagues, entrepreneurs and students.
Cătălin holds an MBA in Finance from Webster University St Luis (2000) and an MA from Vienna University of Economics and Business.
Within the Lanceria BOA team, Cătălin will use his 20+ years of experience to oversee the development of all Lanceria products.
